Therefore, today's theme is to draw a certain page from Hokusai's comics.
「普段あまり描かないようなモチーフを描いてみよう！」
ということで、北斎漫画の、とある１ページが課題です。

At first I decide rough positioning.I draw all motif in the page this time.
It is practiced learning balance of Hokusai.
Many motifs is better than a simple substance because there are many elements to compare.
Therefore, it is easy to take form.While comparing space ...
まずは、位置取りのアタリをつけます。虫１匹だけ描くのもよいですが、
今回は、ページに掲載されているモチーフを、そのまま全部、描きます。
その方が、北斎のレイアウトも学ぶことだ出来るので。
また、たくさんのモチーフがある方が、見比べる要素が多く、
形がとりやすい気がします。
空きスペースなどを見ながらだいたいの形をとっていきます。

水溶性の色鉛筆でうす塗りした後、水で少し伸ばしたり、
あるいは、ボールペンでラインをはっきりさせたり、
なんとか形にするために、自分なりの試行錯誤を行いました。

Hokusai is difficult. When I don't go well, I want to stop it on the way.
But This is worth drawing it once.
Hokusai draws a lot of such comics.
Not only a technique is good, but also is humorous.
上手くいかないと、途中から苦行になりますが、
上手くいかなくても、一度描く価値はあります。
北斎はこのような漫画をものすごい量、描いています。
上手いだけでなく、ユーモアがある。
天才です。
